Shipping & Returns


Any return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed, unfortunately, we can’t approve a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Contact our Customer Service Team ( to receive a return approval prior to returning any product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by our Customer Service Team.

After receiving your return approval from our Customer Service Team, you should mail your product directly from the supplier or manufacturer based on our Customer Service Team's instructions.  Suppliers and manufacturers do not typically provide return labels, so take care to address your package as instructed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank or credit card. If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact our Customer Service Team.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are non-conforming, defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange within the 15 day time frame, contact our Customer Service Team for exchange instructions.

CBD products are consumables, and therefore all opened or partially used products may not be returned or refunded unless they for any reason are deemed defective. We will address this on a case by case basis, but we vet every vendor and product on our website to ensure this doesn't happen.



*Please note: Shipping timelines are generally not guaranteed. We currently are only shipping to verified addresses in the United States - no international orders will be processed.

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.



All orders are currently shipped via USPS. USPS orders are processed Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday). USPS orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security.


USPS Shipping Rates: 

USPS Ground (5-7 business days) - $6.99 or FREE for orders over $99.

Note: Flat Rate Shipping APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit. 

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of The CBD Arsenal and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Order Tracking: 

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, The CBD Arsenal does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.


Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of The CBD Arsenal, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. The CBD Arsenal strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. The CBD Arsenal is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.


Order Discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue. 


Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order. Due to the volume of orders The CBD Arsenal receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request - so please check over your order carefully before submitting.


Sales Tax:

We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.  

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
